UDID Notification required for web-apps + Additional Confirmation

Hello,

Should the notification for providing UDIDs be of concern if my submission was a web-application? If my interpretation of its applicability to only to iOS/Androids is incorrect, I would like to know.

Also, would it be possible obtain confirmation that the URL to the test web application has been received through the medium outlined in an earlier thread, 'Test URL for Web App on 'Enter a Submission'?

    We have accessed your url. You don't need to be concerned with the UDIDs if your entry is a web app thru browser only (not a downloadable app.)
