Within the last 12 months, I have participated in a SAMHSA-sponsored Devpost challenged and received second place.
Does this bar me from entering other SAMHSA challenges, and if so, for how long?

  There is no restriction on previous SAMHSA Challenge prizewinner's entering this challenge.
